This townhouse development is situated next to the Northview Golf and Country Club (former PGA Air Canada Championship location).  Pacific Rim Architecture Ltd. was commissioned to design a 194 unit town- house development on a site immediately next to this famous Golf Course.

The development is located in the Cloverdale area on a 19.25 acre site overlooking the 7th Fairway of the Ridge Course. The site features spectacular views of the golf course and the North
shore mountains.

The Ridgewoods at Northview is comprised of two storey and two and a half storey duplex, triplex and fourplex complexes.

The design goal for the project was to create a distinct look that echoed the classic style of Frank Lloyd Wright. To that end, renowned architect, John Kay, greatly influenced the design of these townhomes. The homes are elegant in design, with low roof pitches, natural exterior materials, and natural color scheme.  The Ridgewoods at Northview will be one of the largest multi-family town house developments in the lower mainland.
